Family Practice Physician: Long term opportunity to provide care to an underserved population in South Dakota (MD or DO)

DAX Safety & Staffing Solutions, LLC has an opportunity for Primary Care coverage with the Woodrow Wilson Keeble Memorial Healthcare Center in Sisseton, SD beginning as soon as credentialing is complete.

Details:

• 40 – 50 hours per week on average, will rotate weekends with an additional day off during the week, average 1 weekend per month
• Monday – Friday 8am – 5pm with some extended hours, 9am – 8pm (schedule made 1 month in advance)
• Outpatient only
• 12-15 patients per day average, all ages
• 6 month contract with option to extend

Requirements:

• Board Certified, Board Eligible or Residency Trained in Family Practice
• BLS and ACLS (through American Heart Association)
• Active DEA (fee paid, schedules 2-5)
• Experience using EMR
• Any State License accepted
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

• Malpractice Insurance covered
• Travel can be covered or per diem can be paid for personal travel arrangements
• Pay is on a weekly basis
