DAX Safety & Staffing Solutions, LLC has an opportunity for Family Nurse Practitioner coverage with the Indian Health Service in Oklahoma beginning in January 2024

Details:

• Monday – Friday, 8am – 5:00pm
• Outpatient only
• 15-20 patients per day average
• All ages
• 3 month contract with option to extend

Requirements:

• Nationally Certified Family Nurse Practitioner
• BLS, ACLS (through American Heart Association)
• Active DEA (fee paid, schedules 2-5)
• Experience using EMR
• Any State License accepted
• Must be a U.S. Citizen

Additional info:

• Malpractice Insurance covered
• Travel can be covered or per diem can be paid for personal travel arrangements
• Pay is on a weekly basis
