We completed a major renovation and expansion project at the EC&R Complex of the Minneapolis VA Medical Facility. This $4.26 million project, executed from March 2020 to August 2021, involved a comprehensive upgrade of Building 70, encompassing 14,000 square feet across five critical areas. Our work included the complete gutting and renovation of patient care rooms, offices, a gym, and other key spaces while ensuring the facility remained fully operational. Scope of Work:

Complete renovation of various locations in Building 70 of the Minneapolis VAHCS complex patient care department. Renovations and upgrades include demolition, flooring, plumbing, HVAC, low voltage systems, electrical systems, and fire suppression.
