With over 20 years of experience in human resources, Jamie Shultz serves as Chief People Officer at DAX. In her role as Chief People Officer, she manages every facet of human resources, from hiring and onboarding to developing and retaining employees. She also processes payroll for the company.

Jamie’s background includes working at High Sales Company, where she handled payroll and human resources for over 50 employees. Since joining DAX in 2018, Jamie has been instrumental in bringing on exceptional team members and implementing new HR and accounting software to support the company’s continued growth. Her passion for working with people and setting them up for success remains her top priority, ensuring that DAX thrives both as a business and as a community.
