With over 30 years of dedicated leadership in Safety Science Technology, Security, Industrial Safety, and Fire Science, Jeff Pollard brings a wealth of experience to his role as CEO and Owner of DAX. Before establishing DAX, Jeff built a distinguished career at several prominent organizations, including:

• AGCO Manufacturing
• GNB Technologies
• Construction Safety Associates
• Dax Safety

Jeff’s professional journey began with the Kansas City Fire Department, where he honed his expertise in emergency support and hazardous materials management. His commitment to public service extended to becoming a certified Emergency Medical Technician (EMT). Jeff also proudly served our nation in the United States Marine Corps, with active duty during Desert Storm and continued service in the reserves.

His qualifications include a comprehensive range of certifications:

• Construction Health Safety Technologist (CHST) and Occupational Health and Safety Technologist (OHST)
• Emergency Medical Technician (EMT)
• First Aid and CPR Certification
• Safety and Health Administration Certification

Jeff is a graduate of Central Missouri State University, holding a Master of Science Degree in Industrial Safety Management and a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice.
