Project Summary:
We served as the prime contractor for the relocation of the Community Living Center at the Harry S. Truman Memorial VA Medical Center. This $12.27 million project, from September 2020 to November 2023, involved ground-up construction of a 25,710 sqft facility designed for long-term nursing care. Scope of Work:

This project involved the complete relocation of the Community Living Center at the Harry S. Truman Memorial VA Medical Center. The new 25,710 sqft structure included 14 rooms dedicated to long-term nursing care. The construction began with the demolition of existing infrastructure, followed by significant excavation work to ensure proper soil compaction and detailed grading for accessible pathways. The project also included the construction of a modular block retaining wall system to protect the grading and foundation from weather and erosion.
