Scope of Work:

This project involved the complete demolition of Building 77 and the partial demolition and reconfiguration of a nearby parking lot within the Minneapolis VA Medical Facility. The work included preparing the site for the immediate development and construction of a new facility. The project required careful planning and execution to ensure minimal disruption to surrounding structures, patients, and staff, while maintaining continuous operations.
